How frequently must I schedule service?

The plan is intended for homes receiving regular maintenance, generally once every 12 months.

A reasonable scheduling grace period may be provided. Membership pricing may be reviewed when service is repeatedly postponed, skipped or delayed beyond the applicable maintenance period.

What happens to my $25 deposit?

Your deposit is applied directly to your next qualifying house-washing invoice.

At that visit, a new $25 deposit is collected and credited toward the following maintenance visit.

What services receive the additional 15% discount?

Qualifying services may include concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck cleaning, patio cleaning, roof cleaning, exterior window cleaning and other residential exterior cleaning services.

Certain specialized services, minimum service charges, subcontracted work, restoration work and previously discounted packages may be excluded.

Can discounts be combined?

Protection Plan discounts generally cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, neighborhood discounts or previously reduced pricing unless specifically stated.

We will always apply the eligible offer that provides the customer with the greatest available value.

Is roof cleaning included in the annual house wash?

No. Roof cleaning is a separate service.

Active members may receive a discount on qualifying roof-cleaning services, but roof cleaning is not included as part of a standard house wash.

Does the annual property checkup replace a professional home inspection?

No.

The property checkup is a basic visual assessment related to exterior cleaning and maintenance. It is not a structural inspection, roof certification, mold inspection, environmental assessment or evaluation by a licensed building professional.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership may be canceled according to the plan terms.

Any unused deposit will be handled according to the written membership agreement. Member discounts and protected pricing end when membership is canceled or becomes inactive.

Can the membership transfer to a new homeowner?

Memberships and deposits are generally associated with the customer and property originally enrolled.

Transfer requests may be considered when a home is sold, subject to approval and an updated property assessment at the time of transferal.
