We’d love to tell you we’re built for a need and to care for clients in a way they never have been before. But our goals for our company is much more than just that. Of course our main focus like any other succesful company is to give 110% to their clients.
The driving force to creating MPWP was the experiences Ryan had working for other companies. These companies had great customer service and were known for that. Where they lacked was in the compassion, care and understanding for their employees. Most of these companies would step on their most prized people just to either save face or show favor to particular situations.
Having seen this go on Ryan wanted to change this by creating a culture and environment for people so that they look forward to coming in and going to work and enjoy what they do. Work does not have to be joyless and grueling. Having this foundation for the culture within our company is a direct reflection on how our clients are treated and cared for.
